    Brown chicken skin in cast iron skillet with butter and olive oil for about 10 minutes or until golden brown

    Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic and pepper flakes in bowl

    Flip chicken so skin is up, place soy sauce mixture into cast iron and cover with aluminum foil. Place in pre-heated oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes

    Remove foil and cook an additional 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve with rice
