    Heat oil in medium dutch oven on medium heat

    Add rice and cook until golden brown

    Add chicken broth, tomato sauce and seasonings. Stir and cover pan.

    Let rice simmer until liquid is absorbed. About 30 to 40 minutes.

    Sprinkle cheese on top and broil on high until cheese is golden and melted
